I have taken my visa interview a week ago and the consular officer asked me to send my resume and list of projects to make administrative processing. I have checked my status now and it is still 'Refused', however, the case was last updated today. Does it mean that I got a visa rejection? Is there any chance that they can review the case again?
P.S: I'm going to the US through the program which is sponsored by the US Department of State
