I have a friend who lives in the Philippines and she has been dating a guy in the U.S. long distance for a couple years and she has no family or anything tying her down and has decided she would like to move to the U.S. to be with her boyfriend and also because she's always wanted to live here in the U.S.
What are the methods or possible methods that she could use to become a U.S. citizen? And how hard is it to become a U.S. citizen when you live in the Philippines? I've been told that it's really hard but I've never known any specifics and she doesn't know either.
