Help needed: Is there any way at all for vaccinated Europeans to travel to the U.S. to see their grandchild?

Hi,

My parents have been fully vaccinated for a while but the travel ban on European non-U.S.-citizens continues to stay in effect.

Is there any solution for this, for example by traveling to a third country first?
