So I’ve been process of the k1 visa for my fiancé since March of 2020. My fiancé did her interview with the embassy on Aug 2nd. After the interview, the officer stated they will need to confirm the CENOMAR then they will mail the visa to the post office.
The online status says Refuses but the officer didn’t state approved or denied.also they didn’t provide any paperwork or details during or after the interview. The interview went very positive.
What is going on? I worked with a lawyer and even the lawyer is confused.
