Embassy told me to make appointment, but no available appointments?

hello everyone thanks in advance,

so we finally at the stage of scheduling for k1 interview, as in usvisa-info allowed me to move pass registration and now i'm at the payment stage on usvisa-info, however it seems there is no appointment available, while the email from the embassy told me otherwise, i been checking three times a day everyday for the past 2 weeks and there are still no available appointment to make.

and if i can't make a appointment, i can't pay. since it seems i have to pick a date first in order to pay, calling the help desk at usinfo turn out to be pointless as they just keep telling to do what i'm doing already, which is keep refreshing the page.

does anyone have an idea on whats going on, is this one of these things that you just have to keep refreshing and you might get lucky or am i doing something wrong here.

N-400 form {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} message

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee! At the same time April 2021 showed up on my account as the expected completion date. Last week, the status was "17 days". Today the estimated time of completion has disappeared!!! Any idea what that means?
