EAD 180 extension under category C9

Hey folks,

I am in process and waiting for my change of status I-485 family based. My EAD ( combo and travel payroll) is going to expire on 24th Sep 2021. I applied for a EAD renewal I-765 and received a receipt notice I-797C for I-765.

I see on the USCIS webpage for Automatic Employment Authorization Document (EAD) Extension that C9 is a category for an automatic 180day extension .

  • Properly filed for a renewal EAD before their current EAD expired, and
  • Are otherwise eligible for a renewal, which means that:
    • Your EAD renewal is under a category that is eligible for an automatic 180-day extension (see the list of categories below); and
    • The Category on your current EAD matches the “Class Requested” listed on this Notice of Action. (Note: If you are a TPS beneficiary or pending applicant, your EAD and this Notice must contain either the A12 or C19 category, but the categories do not need to match each other)

Does this mean I have a 180 day extension ?

N-400 form {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} message

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee! At the same time April 2021 showed up on my account as the expected completion date. Last week, the status was "17 days". Today the estimated time of completion has disappeared!!! Any idea what that means?
