The VFS checklist calls for notarized color copies of several documents. I went to bank, called the UPS store and the Boston city clerk's office. They told me that they explicitly only certify B&W copies in Massachusetts. Anyone have any experience with this?
I have never heard of this color copy requirement before anywhere else. I sent VFS an enquiry, waiting for a response.
