Need guidance for choosing my destination and immigration method - 31M Music Producer/Sound Designer/UnrealEngine Iran -> Anywhere

My Details:

Iran > Anywhere (Prefer Canada, Germany)

Budget: $8000 (at max), Age/Sex: 31m, Profession: Music Producer/Sound Designer, 3D Hobbyist, Language Proficiency: IELTS GT 8 Education: Bachelor

Profession and Work Experience:

I'm an indie music producer/sound designer, and to be honest, I'm not that well-known but I've had a couple of tracks with racked up views on YouTube and SoundCloud (since I'm an Iranian, my music distributer just decided to remove all my tracks from Spotify and all music stores, and this unbelievable shit is one of the main reasons I can't stand Iran anymore)

I've been doing a 9-5 sound designer, and music production job in Iran's biggest and most well-known media advertising agencies for the last 3-4 years. As for 3D, I only consider myself a hobbyist, learning Cinema4D and Unreal Engine, only to make my own visuals for my music. With that said, I've had a couple of freelance 3D gigs here and there as well, but nowhere near a level that I consider myself a 3D artist. I'm explaining this, as a German "job seeker" visa is one of the main immigration methods I have in mind.

Current Immigration Plans: (Mainly Canada and Germany)

My main competitors for immigration destinations are Canada & Germany, but I'm open to every other prosperous country as well.

  • Canada: I was planning for the Canada Express entry route and took my IELTS GT 8 (CLB8), just for that purpose, soon to realize that was not enough and I have to either get a Master's degree or learn french in order to be eligible in the CRS system. There is also the British Colombia Tech Pilot method which is more suitable for in-field audio guys (Front of house mixers) rather than music producers and studio guys like me.
  • Germany: at the other end of the spectrum, We have Germany. If I'm to study french for applying to express entry, I honestly prefer to learn German because I always had a thing for the language (I know it's much much harder than French, but to me, it's more fun). The main method of immigration I'm planning for Germany is a "Job Seeker" visa, which only needs $7000 and it gives you the opportunity to seek jobs in a 6-month timeframe. The only downside to this method is If I don't find employment, besides all my money being wasted, I have to get back to Iran with no money, which is scarier than a nightmare to me. But the process of getting to Germany is actually much straightforward and much faster than getting into the express entry pool and waiting to be selected or not.

Realistically, how much is the odds of me finding a job in Germany based on my experience in Music Production/Sound Design, 3D I mentioned here?

Other Options (Open to any country and any immigration method suggestion)

I'm open to any other (better, easier, and cheaper options) to immigrate to Canada, Germany, or ANY OTHER COUNTRY. the best options for me are first English Language Countries (Australia, England, Ireland, Singapore, Canada ....), then European Countries (Germany, Italy, Spain)
