Do I need to submit the same photo at my GC interview that I uploaded in the civil documents section in the online application?

They need two photos at the interview but I only have one right now that I had taken sometime back that I’m thinking of uploading in the civil documents section.

Also, is it okay if my scanned documents are 300 dpi instead of the recommended 150 dpi if the file size is less than 2 mb?
