My OPT ended and I’m currently on my grace period. I read the grace period gives you the legal ground to “change to another non immigrant status or find an H1-B employer” so I was wondering if I could still apply for jobs with nonprofits & universities willing to sponsor me? Or am I prevented from applying for jobs because I’m on the grace period?
