Hi, I recently completed my master's and building a startup based on my master's research thesis.
Currently, I'm on F1 Stem OPT Extension working for our startup.
The startup applied for an H1B visa this year and the application got picked in the lottery this week.
I'd like to know if there are any minimum wage or any other requirements for h1b visa application for startup employee/founders? In other words, what do the startup need to have in place for a successful h1b approval?
