Hi everyone! I couldn’t find any other relevant sub-Reddit so I figured I’d ask here. I recently became a Canadian PR and still have Global Entry for the US. I’d now like to apply for NEXUS and looking at the eligibility for Canadian PRs it says “must have resided as legal resident of Canada for a minimum of three years before the day of application”. Before I became a PR, I was a student and a worker so I was a legal resident.
Now my question is does that qualify me? Or when they say legal resident them mean permanent resident? Thanks for your help!
