Hello, what is the current status of green card holders and crossing into the US by vehicle? I ask due to the current “non-essential” restrictions in place. Is living in the US considered an essential reason? This person has been in Mexico for 12 days. Perhaps there is a resource I can contact? Thank you for your assistance.
