Hello everyone. I am 21 and currently a conditional green card holder under my Mom's marriage (married to a US citizen) Im on the process of removing the conditions of my green card. I have plans to petition my girlfriend (engaged) sometime next year. Will I be allowed to petition for her if my i-751 application isn't complete yet?
I've read that conditional green card holders can petition for a child or what not but not a spouse since theoretically you're supposed to already be married. Does this rule apply for a dependent (like me) who wants to petition for my fiance?
