Does immigration look at your medical history at all when applying for a green card or change of status?

I was recently hospitalized for alcohol poisoning and substance abuse. The cops were not involved and I'm not in any legal trouble but it is on my medical history now.

Would that have any effect when I deal with immigration in any shape or way? Does USCIS subpoena medical records or something?
