DV Lottery Delays

This is one of the more frustrating situations that the backlog is causing. A person wins the DV lottery (less than one out of a hundred applicants win) and they lose their ability to immigrate because the Government didn't process their case in time and so they lose their opportunity. That is one cruel emotional roller coaster. Mandamus lawsuits here can be life changing.
