I'm working in the USA on a TN at a company, and got a job offer for another. They submitted my documents to USCIS for a visa transfer 23 calendar days ago, and still haven't heard back despite premium processing taking 15 days.
I'm hoping my job doesn't get pulled, although I know recruiting is a pain so I doubt they will due to a few weeks of delays.
