I would like to humbly ask for your opinions on my concern. My grandma who petitioned for us used her first husband's last name as her middle name when she filed our petitioned, then her current husband's for her last name. Refer to below:
1st. Current Juana "Gonzales" Millan
Her passport and other documents uses her maiden last name for her middle name and current husband's for last name
Maiden. Current Juana Domingo Millan
Would this be an issue and affect the processing in NVC? I have checked the I-130 form that she submitted and there, you can see under "other names used" she put
Her full maiden name "Juana Corpuz Domingo / Gonzales"
My first grandfather is deceased and it is also showed in the I-130 form.
Please I need any answer as I, one of the intended immigrant in my family, is running out of time due to age nearing 21.
