Hi - does anyone know how to fill out this question if you're a same sex couple?
- Were you married to the child's other biological parent when the child was born?
We used IVF/ a sperm donor and were married before our baby was born but are not both the biological parents for obvious reasons.
Also, do we need to provide any specific evidence to prove one of us is genetically related to our baby?
