I was deported from the U.S where I was doing my undergraduate studies. I want to know if I can apply to other countries to resume my studies?

Now that I've been deported from the U.S, I was wondering if it would cause a problem in the future if I ever were to apply to other countries around the world. Also, I would like to know what other countries are best considering my situation? (I'm from India)
