Can speciality worker alien (h1b visa) record and produce music for a profit based organization without getting paid.

This is an interesting topic and I haven't found much material online.

I know having a h1b visa means, I strictly ought to work related to major of master's or bachelor's degree. I haven't found any information regarding whether I can transition into a musician by releasing music (to spotify, apple music etc.) through a profit based organization without getting paid (so as to not violate the status). In the future if I blow up, can I then apply for an O1B or O1A visa?
