Do you need all pages of passport and birth certificate when submitting the I-129F?

Hi just wondering whether you need all pages of the petitioners passport and do they need to include birth certificate also? I read that passport is enough to show you have valid citizenship but other people say you need birth certificate and all pages from passport. Thanks
