I would like to ask a question regarding to US L1 visa. I have gotten an F1 to study in US but I deferred my study and I am going to apply for L1 visa.
I haven't come to US on F1 visa yet. I would like to ask if there is any problem on getting/interviewing L1 visa when I've already had F1 visa stamped. I haven't asked my DSO to cancel my SEVIS record yet, just asked them to defer.
