The title about sums it up! Here's two example pages:
- https://visawhen.com/consulates/mumbai/cr1ir1 shows how the Mumbai embassy is doing with marriage visa processing, compared to how they were doing pre-COVID. You can check this for any embassy and any immigrant visa type: there are like 7k combinations in total available.
- https://visawhen.com/nvc shows how the NVC is doing with reviewing documents and the like
