I just received a TN letter which includes a sentence stating that I am being employed at-will, and the assignment is terminable by myself or the company. I've never seen what is really a contract statement being included in a TN letter, but that is what the company wrote up. Is this statement okay to leave in, or should I ask the employer to take it out before I present it to Customs & Border Protection?
