US Visa between F1 and Green Card by Marriage

Hi- any help is appreciated.

My fiancée is a US F1 grad student and we plan to marry in the near future and apply for a marriage based green card. I am a US citizen. I wanted to know what her visa status would be in between the F1/Green Card and if we need to apply for another visa. Thank you!
