So, I am an 18M living in North Carolina, USA. I wanted to ask that I won't be able to make it to my oath ceremony and I need to submit the letter and the N-445 form. So, is it okay if my friend goes and submits it because I am not in USA right now? And also is there a link to reschedule the match ceremony appointment?
