July 5 easing of restrictions regarding the 15 day travel minimum

My fiancé and I are included on the exemption list when restrictions in Canada ease on quarantine requirements on July 5 for fully vaccinated people. However, our IMM0006 was declined and was told that it was because we indicated I would be going over for less than 15 days. Does anybody have clarification on whether or not I am still required to go over for a minimum of 15 days after July 5?
