Is there a resource to find jobs that will sponsor a work visa?

I have a Philippines passport, worked in China, and have around 5 years of experience as a video editor. I'm 23 and desperately need to get away from my family in the Philippines. I'm currently in the States on a tourist visa but will need to go back to the Philippines in 4 months.

Does anyone know of a country that sponsors visas easily or a resource to search for jobs that specify if they are willing to do so?

Thank you so much! (was told to post here from r/editors)
