My mom I-94 is till 12/04/2020, we applied for extension so she can help taking care of our baby due to Covid. We filed I-535 about 2 months ago and got her fingerprints as well. However, today is 11/29 and we still have not yet heard back the response. Will she be ok staying here past the I-94 date while the application is still pending? I tried to schedule infopass appt but i guess they don’t do that now due to covid
