Due to COVID I am unable to visit a VAC to obtain the required Biometric information asked for my Youth Tier 5 Mobility Visa for the United Kingdom.
Is it required with zero exceptions made for COVID, or am I able to do it in another country, or do it once I'm in the UK? It's rather frustrating being unable to get it done where I am.
