Healthcare.gov enrollment by permanent resident

Is it ok for a permanent resident to enroll in healthcare.gov?

I've read and heard many scary stories about public charge rules, especially in the last 4 years. I know that the public charge rule applies to non-green card holders (and even that has been going back and forth in the courts), but is there any possibility that a healthcare.gov enrollment affecting future citizenship application? (suppose Trump or some worse than Trump is elected in 2024)
