Hi,
I am an international full time master's student at NYU. I will be doing a semester long internship next sem(Jan-May). I was actually hoping to go home for a month during the internship since the internship is virtual(Perhaps in Feb). Can I legally do that? Also, will I have any trouble re-entering the US after visiting home especially given that next semester is my last semester in the degree program and I will only have one course i.e. the internship(worth 1.5 credits) apart from visiting home in the middle of the semester? I will be graduating in May 21.
