I recently received an RFE for medical. I have already received a signed and sealed envelope from my doctor. What are some tips and best practices for sending the sealed medical report? Should I include a cover letter and/or a copy of my I-485 Receipt. The RFE states that a copy of the RFE must be included in the reply. Does this mean the original copy or a photo copy?
