The MRV fee for our embassy (Ukraine) only has the option to pay with cash at a branch of Raifaissen Bank. We're currently out of the country and were wondering if it's possible to pay the MRV electronically. The deposit slip contains an IBAN number. Would using a receipt number from a wire to that IBAN work? Should I email the embassy and ask?
