My family is finally coming next week after a year and half of processing, anything I may want to know?

So who knew this would happen during a pandemic, I am currently unemployed, but I have something very good in the pipeline, so I am mostly concerned about the short term.

I was wondering if there is any recommendations that we can do/ avoid doing that can help us during this time? Mostly financially + health wise.

For example, health care is something I’m concerned about at least for the next 3-4 months.

I like to be prepared and I know there are a lot of experienced people here.

Thank you all.
