Hello redditors,
I’m on F1 visa and recently received my EAD for OPT. Start date is in January 2021.
On the other hand, I’m currently working with my lawyer on EB3 Unskilled Workers. PERM was approved back in August and my lawyer was supposed to submit my I-140. I’m not sure if they submit it yet, due to their delay, but I’m somewhere around there.
Question: since I have an EAD for OPT, would it affect my application for EB3 Unskilled? If my I-140 is approved, will I be received another EAD for EB3 or the same EAD number will be updated?
