We're applying for a green card for my wife, we hit a snag with the I-944. Part 3, it says that you must include anyone who provides more than 50% financial support to the applicant, but then the household member section seems to heavily imply that the must reside in the united states, everyone question directly refers to their income in terms of their US Federal Tax Returns.
My wife's father provides her more then 50% financial support, BUT he lives in China!
Do we need to list him as a household member?
