I need to reschedule my interview appointment due to pre-existing travel plans. I booked a flight in early November to see my elderly mother, and I will be out of the country at the time of the interview. I followed the instructions on the appointment letter, which said to call 800-375-5283 to reschedule my appointment. The automated voice system says to reschedule, I need to follow the instructions on the letter, which creates a closed loop. I can find no way to change the appointment within the automated system, it will not allow me to speak to anyone, and the letter (it refers me back to) just says to call. I sent 2 emails within the contact system and I have not heard back (it's been a week). Please help!!
