I received a notification from FeDex that JWEST received the package and aftee that no more update at all and they have not withdrawn the cash too from my bank. Is this normal? I'm worried my wife's GC will be expiring on Jan. 8 and we have not receive anything even the receipt. Any advice will be appreciated thank you.
