Have been working for my employer for a bit over 3 years. H1B extension is just in and my company has been working for over 1 year on EB2, but looks like it's not going that fast. Attorney emailed me last week and asked me to check form 9089. That is the last step of the perm process if I am right? How long could things take from here on out? (best and worst case scenario)(I am a Dutch citizen). Never got a clear answer from my attorney but don't feel like asking again. Many people within our company left shortly after receiving their greencard and because of that they stopped quite some greencard processes, luckily not mine (yet).
