I am applying or applied for my OPT. I sent all my documents packet to USCIS and it was delivered on November 9th as of UPS tracking. I haven't heard back anything from USCIS about my application packet being received and it is in process. How long does it take after application is delivered to get a notice saying application is received. If it is longer than usual, how do i proceed to contact USCIS, just call them with the only information I have is UPS tracking?
