Hell everyone! I just a have doubt regarding this. I’m a derivative Asylee since my father is the one who applied for Asylum. We currently applied for I-485 to change our status to LPR. I’m planning on getting married with my girlfriend when I get my GC. Will I lose my GC if I get married due to being ineligible for Asylum since I technically would not be a derivative Asylee anymore? Please if someone can clarify this to me that’d be awesome!
