Hi there, my girlfriend is soon to be reentering the US from Monaco (next to France) with an O-1 Visa and heard from a Spanish friend that she may not have to quarantine elsewhere for 14 days anymore and that work and artist visas are now exempt?? Has anyone heard about this recently?
