USA Visa - Help?

My dad is a naturalized US citizen and lives in Africa with his wife who is not a US citizen.

My dad has been suffering from some kind of sickness

My dad is coming to the US for medical surgery. He needs his wife to accompany him so that she will help him during the surgery and recovery.

I am also naturalized US citizen and lives in US. I need. I need to write letter of support so that she can secure visa.

Where can I get a template or what information should I add or please advice what sort of other options have.
