[US] Priority date and i-485 Questions

Hello, I have couple of questions that sound silly, but I cannot wrap my head around those. I'm on EB2-India category with I-140 petitions filed & approved. I have an option of moving to out of US for few years and work for same employer. I have couple of questions about how priority dates (PD) would work with filing & final action date.

Scenario 1 - Let's say my PD (made up) is Jan 01, 2013. Let's also assume current Filling date is for Jan 01, 2014, but Final Action date is not yet current. If I apply/file now, would I delay the arrival of my Green Card (GC)?

Scenario 2 - Let's say my PD is Jan 01, 2013 and Final action date for EB2 now is Jan 01, 2014. Assuming, I didn't file for my I-485 when the filing date was current, would I miss the boat in getting GC provided the dates don't retrogress? If they do retrogress, would I be able to apply back when the become current?

I have a meeting with immigration lawyer next week with whom I will be discussing my out of state move, but I wanted to see if this question would be too silly to ask.

N-400 form {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} message

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee! At the same time April 2021 showed up on my account as the expected completion date. Last week, the status was "17 days". Today the estimated time of completion has disappeared!!! Any idea what that means?
