So my dad can’t mail his original documents for an application because he’s a flight attendant and needs his passport. The first time we called they said they’d give us a call back to see what they can do. That was 4-5 months ago. So today we called and asked if they can set an appointment up and they hung up on us. Has anyone else gone through a similar experience? What can we do to make sure they help us get an appointment. Because of this delay in getting a social security card it’s making it harder to get a drivers licence.
Edit: we do call every month I should’ve clarified better.
