Hi everyone, I'm from the UK and need to book a visa appointment for my E2 visa. But there aren't any available in London and looks like there won't be for a while. I'm thinking of booking an appointment in another country instead and getting my visa there. But the country needs a) have a reasonable wait time that isn't 999 days (this website is pretty good to have a quick check https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/wait-times.html) b) they need to allow visa appointments that can be booked by foreign nationals, and c) they need to allow British people into their country (I am fully vaccinated).
I've searched across Europe and Romania seems to be the only one that MAY allow this but after calling them up the process seems extremely long. I was wondering if anyone had any other ideas for other countries or embassies I could go to instead?
