RFE for my O-1 petition - evidence for playing a critical role for organizations that have a distinguished reputation

Hi all,

I submitted my O-1 petition two weeks ago and just received an RFE from USCIS yesterday. I am working on gathering more evidence and would like your input.

I am a PhD scientist working for a large life science company in CA. USCIS have determined that I met criteria #1 and #2 below, but are asking for more evidence for criteria #3.

  1. Original scientific or scholarly research contributions of major significance in the field
  2. Authorship of scholarly articles in the field in professional journals or other major media
  3. Evidence that you have performed in a leading or critical role for organization or establishments that have a distinguished reputation.

I am trying to gather a few more support letters for criteria #3 and I would like to hear who do you think I should reach out for these letters. The first two people on the list have personal knowledge on my work, but are less independent since they are both employees at my company.

  • My Group Director, whom my direct manager reports to

  • Senior Project Manager, who manages the project I am currently working on. We work indirectly and have weekly meetings together

  • A former employee in our group who left in July

  • Someone outside of my company, but is somewhat familiar with my work (less so than the three persons above)

Thanks in advance!

N-400 form {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} message

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee! At the same time April 2021 showed up on my account as the expected completion date. Last week, the status was "17 days". Today the estimated time of completion has disappeared!!! Any idea what that means? More importantly - When I click on "View PDF" link under "N-400 Application for Naturalization", to see my actual N-400 form, I get " {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} " message! The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
