Long story short my SEVIS was terminated for academic disqualification due to multiple issues. I went back to my home country and didn't take classes for a semester. I applied to a community college a few weeks ago, got accepted and now I've finally finished uploading all documents required (transcripts, proof of funds, etc). I'm waiting to get the new i-20 from the new transfer school.
I'm wondering if the process is correct? I know I can re-enter the US with a new i-20 and my old visa with the other university, but is there anything else I have to do other than wait for the i-20 to be processed and mailed home? How long does this usually take?
